QUESTION: All right. One other thing, if I could, on a separate issue. In Cuba -- or in Florida, the Brothers to the Rescue have said that they are renouncing their Republican membership and declaring themselves independent because they're upset with the administration's handling of the people who were picked up at sea yesterday. Do you have any comments on --

MR. McCLELLAN: I think we are consistent in our Cuba policy. It has remained the same. The President has been a very strong supporter of freedom and democracy in Cuba, and he will continue to be.
