The Coalition for Reconstruction

The Czech government donated 30 water filtration units, which will greatly assist the effort to integrate Kuwait government-donated reverse osmosis water units into the water supply system. This will enable constant supplies of good quality potable water for priority users, particularly hospitals.

Poland will run peacekeeping stabilization program for the south-central zone of Iraq. NATO has promised Poland technical assistance in the zone, where Poland is to send more than 2,000 troops. Ukraine plans to contribute 1,800 troops, Bulgaria and Slovakia will send smaller units and officers will come from Norway and Denmark.

Taiwan has provided more than $4 million in humanitarian and reconstruction assistance to Iraq.
