President George W. Bush today announced his intention to appoint six individuals to serve in his administration:

The President intends to appoint the following individuals to be United States Commissioners of the Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission:

The President intends to appoint Scott Burns of Maryland (Non-Fisheries State Representative).

The President intends to appoint Robert Fletcher of California (Public).

The President intends to appoint Patrick W. Rose of California (Public).

The President intends to appoint the following individuals to be Members of the Commission of Fine Arts, for a four-year term:

The President intends to appoint Diana Balmori of New York.

The President intends to appoint Earl A. Powell, III of Virginia.

The President intends to appoint Elyn Zimmerman of New York.
