Judicial Nomination

President George W. Bush today nominated one individual to serve as an Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

The President has nominated Brian F. Holeman of Washington D.C., to be an Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, for a term of fifteen years. Mr. Holeman is Co-Founder of Wells & Holeman, LLC. He is also Of Counsel to the firm of Eaton & McClellan, where he was a partner from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Holeman was a solo practitioner from 1999 to 2002, and was Of Counsel to Gregory K. Wells & Associates, P.A., from 2001 to 2002. He was an associate with Wharton, Levin, Ehrmantraut, Klein & Nash, P.A., from 1992 to 1995, and a shareholder of the firm from 1995 to 1998. Mr. Holeman earned his bachelor's degree from Princeton University and his law degree from the University of Michigan.
