Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to appoint the following individuals to be Members of the President's Board of Advisors on Historically Black Colleges and Universities:

The President intends to appoint Louis Wade Sullivan of Georgia, and upon appointment designate Chair.

The President intends to appoint Eugene Hale of California.
