Visit of Prime Minister Paavo Lipponen of Finland
President Bush will Welcome Prime Minister Paavo Lipponen of Finland to Washington on December 9. Finland is a good friend of the United States and an active supporter in the global war on terrorism. The President and Prime Minister Lipponen will discuss a number of key issues of mutual interest.
