President Bush Signs Child Internet Safety Legislation
President George W. Bush talks to Solveig Haugen, her twin sister Liv and their younger brother Tad, after the signing of the Dot Kids Implementation and Efficiency Act of 2002 in the Roosevelt Room, Dec 4.
