Statement by the Press Secretary
On Tuesday, November 5, 2002, the President signed into law:
H.R. 2245, which makes Anisha Goveas Foti eligible for an immigrant visa or for adjustment of her status to "lawful permanent resident."
H.R. 2733, which requires the Commerce Department's National Institute of Standards and Technology to establish an initiative to advance enterprise integration, which includes the electronic exchange of data among manufacturers, assemblers, suppliers, and customers.
H.R. 3656, which extends certain privileges, exemptions, and immunities to the European Central Bank.
