Designation of Individuals to Attend Bolivian Inauguration
President Bush Designates Four Individuals to Represent the United States at the Inauguration of the President of the Republic of Bolivia

President George W. Bush today announced his designation of four individuals to represent the United States at the Inauguration of the President-Elect of the Republic of Bolivia on August 6, 2002.

The Honorable John P. Walters, Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy, will serve as leader of the delegation.

The Honorable V. Manuel Rocha, U.S. Ambassador to Bolivia
The Honorable Mark Souder, U.S. House of Representatives, Indiana
The Honorable Adolfo A. Franco, Assistant Administrator for Latin America and the Caribbean, U.S. Agency for International Development
