President George W. Bush today announced the nomination of the following individuals to serve as members of the federal judiciary:

William Smith, to be United States District Judge for the District of Rhode Island

S. James Otero, to be United States District Judge for the Central District of California

James Kinkeade, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Texas

Robert Junell, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Texas

Robert G. Klausner, to be United States District Judge for the Central District of California
