President Says U.S. Must Make Commitment to Mental Health Care
President George W. Bush discusses mental health care during a roundtable discussion at the University of New Mexico's Continuing Education Conference Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico, April 29. "Our country must make a commitment: Americans with mental illness deserve our understanding, and they deserve excellent care," said the President. "They deserve a health care system that treats their illness with the same urgency as a physical illness." White House photo by Eric Draper.
