Vice President Dick Cheney delivers the commencement address during the Graduation and Commissioning Ceremony for the U.S. Naval Academy Class of 2006, Friday, May 26, 2006 in Annapolis, Maryland. During his address to the Class of 2006, the first to enter the Academy following the attacks of 9/11, the Vice President said, "We look at you and we see the best that is in our country. In your careers you will serve in a fleet like none other that has ever sailed before. You are part of a Navy and Marine Corps that uphold the noblest of traditions. You serve under a flag that stands for freedom, and human rights, and stability in a turbulent world."
