President Bush understands the importance of conveying America's message to the world. The Office of Global
Communications (OGC) was formed in 2002 to coordinate strategic communications overseas that integrate the President's
themes while truthfully depicting America and Administration policies.
President Bush believes in the non-negotiable demands of human dignity for all people everywhere.
"No nation owns these aspirations, and no nation is exempt from them.
We have no intention of imposing our culture. But America will always
stand firm for the non-negotiable demands of human dignity."
They are:
Limited Government Power
Rule of Law
Equal Justice
Respect for Women
Freedom of Speech
Religious Tolerance
Private Property
"All fathers and mothers, in all societies, want their children to be educated, and live free from poverty and violence."
