Mrs. Laura Bush and Mrs. Salma Kikwete, First Lady of Tanzania, exchange handshakes after Mrs. Bush presented Mrs. Kikwete with keys to an ambulance Sunday, Feb. 17, 2008, during her visit to Dar es Salaam.
