Mr. O’Gara has served as a foreign policy specialist, advising the Administrator at the Drug Enforcement Administration, as well as drug policy advisor to former Chairman Orrin G. Hatch of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Mr. O’Gara also worked as executive director of the Philanthropy Roundtable, an association of donors and private foundations. He previously served as Special Assistant to the Director at ONDCP. Mr. O’Gara has a B.A. degree from St. John’s College in Annapolis, MD. He and the former Ellen Townley have one daughter. |
