Lyons Gray is EPA's Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for developing, managing and supporting a goals-based management system for the Agency. Prior to joining EPA, Mr. Gray was the president of the Downtown Winston-Salem Partnership and served as Chairman of EPA's Environmental Financial Advisory Board. Previously, Mr. Gray served with distinction for 13 years in the North Carolina General Assembly. |
