Mr. Pierson previously served as the Chief of Staff and the Chief of Operations for the Peace Corps. Throughout his career, he has held a number of positions within the Peace Corps including Associate Director and Country Director for Ghana, Botswana, Namibia, and Swaziland. Mr. Pierson also worked at the International Republican Institute, serving as Director of the Africa Division for the Washington, D.C. based non-profit organization. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Houston. |
