Immediately prior to her appointment as Chief of Staff, Kaufman directed the Washington, D.C. office of Governor John G. Rowland of Connecticut. In that capacity, she was the state's liaison to Congress and the Administration. Ms. Kaufman also represented the Governor's Office to the National Governor's Association and the Republican Governor's Association of which Governor Rowland is Chairman. Ms. Kaufman a graduate of Salem State College. |
