Prior to holding his current position, Larry Wilkerson was Associate Director for Policy Planning at the State Department. Before joining the administration, he worked for Secretary Powell in a private capacity as a consultant and advisor. From 1993 to 1997, he served as the Deputy Director and Director of the U.S. Marine Corps War College. Previously, he served then-General Powell as special assistant and deputy executive officer. |
