Morris Winn was Division Manager for Human Resources in the Office of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts from 1999 to 2001 and was Deputy Commissioner for Human Resources at the Texas Department of Insurance from 1994 to 1999. From 1984 to 1992, Morris served with the Texas Attorney General's Office as the Division Director of Support Services and then as Division Director for Employee Relations. He is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University. |
