Tracy Mehan was recently the Director of the Office of Great Lakes in the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality. He served as Associate Deputy Administrator of the EPA from 1992 to 1993 and was Director of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources from 1989 to 1992. Tracy is a graduate of St. Louis University and St. Louis University Law School. |
