Most recently, Eileen McGinnis was Chief of Policy and Planning for then-New Jersey Governor Whitman. Before joining the Whitman administration in 1994 as Deputy Chief of Policy, she was Staff Director to the Grantmakers Income Security Task Force, a consortium of philanthropies active in tax policy and income security. Previously, she served at Mathematica Policy Research and as Director of Policy for the New Jersey Department of Human Services. Eileen is a graduate of Goucher College and the University of Maryland Graduate School. |
