From 1992 to 2000, Charles Kincannon was the chief statistician in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. From 1982 to 1992, Charles was deputy director and chief operating officer of the Census Bureau. During the Ford Administration he worked in the Office of Management and Budget. Charles began his career as a statistician at the U.S. Census Bureau in 1963. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. |
