Before founding Icon Solutions, Inc., he held the position of Vice President for Corporate Wide Programs and Planning at Philip Morris Companies, Inc. He served in a variety of positions in the Reagan and George W. Bush administrations, including Special Assistant to the President and Deputy Director of the Office of Administration and Deputy Assistant to the Vice President and Director of the Office of Appointments and Scheduling. |
