Prior to his current appointment, Michael Guhin was the United States Negotiator and Representative for Plutonium Disposition. Previously, he served in high-level policy positions at the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency, the White House as a senior adviser on the National Security Council Staff, the Department of State and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California and was a Leverhulme Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he earned his Ph.D. |
