Nelson Gibbs served in the Office of Management and Budget from 2000 until 2001 as Executive Director of Cost Accounting Standards. Previously, he served at Northrop Grumman Corporation as Corporate Controller from 1991 to 1999. From 1962 to 1991, he was with Deloitte and Touche in a variety of positions, including Senior Partner in Tokyo, Japan and Lead Client Service Partner for Multinational Companies for the Southern California Region. Nelson is a graduate of Clarkson University and received a Master's degree from Purdue University. |
