Most recently, William Eaton served as Senior Adviser to the Under Secretary for Management. From 1998 to 2000, he served as Executive Director of the Bureau of European Affairs. William served as Administrative Counselor in Ankara, Turkey from 1994 to 1998 and Administrative Officer in Milan, Italy from 1993 until 1994. He left the Foreign Service from 1989 until 1992 to serve as Executive Director and Director of International Operations of the Young Presidents' Organization, an international association of young chief executive officers of multimillion-dollar companies in nearly 80 countries around the globe. William graduated from the University of Virginia. |
