Prior to her appointment, Kathleen Clarke served as the Executive Director of the Utah Department of Natural Resources and was Deputy Director from 1993 to 1998. Kathleen served in the Office of Congressman James V. Hansen from 1987 to 1993, first as Director of Constituent Services and then as Executive Director. She is a graduate of Utah State University. |
