Special Representative of the President at the Department of State

Most recently, Norman Wulf was Acting Assistant Director for Nonproliferation and Regional Arms Control of the United States Arms Control and Disarmament Agency (ACDA). Previously, he served as Deputy General Counsel of ACDA. Prior to coming to ACDA, he served in the Department of State at the National Science Foundation and at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce. From 1966 to 1972, he served in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps. He holds a B.A. degree from Iowa Wesleyan College, a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and a LL.M. from the University of Miami.
