Previously, Sheila Bair was a consultant to the Chairman of the New York Stock Exchange, and from 1995 to 2000 she was Senior Vice President of the NYSE for Government Relations. From 1991 to 1995, Sheila served as Commissioner on the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas and the University of Kansas Law School.
