U.S. Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development

Prior to his current appointment, Mark Sullivan practiced law as an Attorney in the Washington D.C. area. He was President of the Small Business Funding Corporation from 1996 to 1999 and General Counsel of the Department of the Treasury from 1988 to 1989. In addition, from 1988 to 1989 he was Director of the Federal Financing Bank, and from 1986 to 1989 he was a member of the Council of the Administrative Conference of the United States. Mark has a BA from Yale and an LLB from the University of Virginia Law School.
