Associate Attorney General

Most recently, Jay Stephens was Corporate Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Honeywell International Inc., and from 1993 to 1997 he was an equity partner in the Washington office of Pillsbury, Madison and Sutro. He served as the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia from 1988 to 1993 and was Deputy Counsel to the President from 1986 to 1988. Jay served in a variety of senior positions at the Department of Justice from 1981 to 1986, including Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General. He is a graduate of Harvard University and Harvard Law School.
