Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs

Most recently, Thomas Forrest Hall was the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Naval Reserve Association. From 1963 to 1996, he was an officer in the U.S. Navy, retiring as a Two Star Admiral. His service included four years as Commander, Director and Chief of the Naval Reserve, three years as the Commander of the Iceland Defense Force and two years as Commander of Naval Air Station Bermuda. Thomas received his bachelor's degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and received a Master's degree from George Washington University.
