Previously, Kathy Cooper was the Chief Economist and Manager of the Economics and Energy Division of Exxon Mobil Corporation in Irving, Texas. Before joining Exxon Corporation, she held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Economist at Security Pacific Bank for nine years. Kathy received both her undergraduate and Masters degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and earned her Ph.D. from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
