Reggie Brown -- Department of Defense
Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower & Reserve Affairs

Reggie Brown was most recently the President of Meridian International, Inc., a security consulting firm, and was previously a principal with Brown and Lowe International. He served at the U.S. Agency for International Development as Assistant Administrator for the Near East from 1991 to 1993 and as Assistant Administrator for Program Policy and Coordination from 1989 to 1991. Reggie was a senior Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies from 1982 to 1989 and was Executive Vice President of DECA Group, Inc., in Miami, Florida, from 1979 to 1982. From 1974 to 1979, he held a variety of positions within the federal government and served in the U.S. Army from 1961 to 1971. Reggie is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy and the Kennedy School of Government.
