Assistant Secretary of State for Political Military Affairs

Most recently, Lincoln Bloomfield was a partner at Armitage Associates in Arlington, Virginia. He served in a variety of positions within the federal government, including Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs from 1992 to 1993 and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs from 1988 to 1989. He is a graduate of Harvard University and received his Master's degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tuft's University.
