Previously, Mr. Hill served as Assistant Administrator and Chief Safety Officer for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. During this time, he served as the Department Lead for Pandemic Influenza and the Secretary Representative concerning Hurricane Katrina at the Department of Transportation.
