Assistant Administrator for Toxic Substances of the Environmental Protection Agency

James B. Gulliford, of Missouri, serves as the Assistant Administrator for Toxic Substances at the Environmental Protection Agency. Previously, Mr. Gulliford served as Regional Administrator for Region 7 at the Environmental Protection Agency. Prior to this, he served as Director for the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Division of Soil Conservation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gulliford served as Director for the Iowa Department of Soil Conservation. Mr. Gulliford received both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Iowa State University.
