Jack Chow concurrently serves as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Health and Science. Jack has previously worked at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, as well as the Office of Science and Technology Policy. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master's from the University of California at Berkley, a M.D. from the University of California at San Francisco, a M.P.A. from Harvard University and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
