Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency

Prior to his appointment, Joe Allbaugh served as Chief of Staff to then-Governor George W. Bush and was National Campaign Manager for the Bush-Cheney 2000 presidential campaign. He had previously served as Campaign Manager for President Bush's first run for Texas governor. Earlier in his career, he served as Oklahoma Deputy Secretary of Transportation, where he implemented legislative and public affairs initiatives, and the state's transportation plan. Joe holds a bachelor of arts degree in Political Science from Oklahoma State University.
