There, he used modern technology to improve internal federal government processes to reduce costs in areas such as supply-chain management, financial management and knowledge management. Galvan, a former entrepreneur, has extensive business and information technology management experience in telecommunications, media, utilities, consumer products and insurance industries. He has worked for Fortune 500 companies and consulting firms.
