Mr. Paul previously served as a Member of the Florida House of Representatives and as a partner in the law firm of McKinley, Ittersagen, Gunderson and Berntsson, P.A. Before serving the people of Florida, Mr. Paul worked as a nuclear engineer at the E.I. Hatch Nuclear Plant. He earned his bachelor's degree from the Maine Maritime Academy, his post baccalaureate degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.
