Assistant Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency

Luis A. Luna is EPA’s Assistant Administrator for the Office of Administration and Resources Management. He is responsible for oversight of the Agency's human resource, acquisition, grants and facility management activities. Prior to joining EPA, Mr. Luna headed the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Office of Community Development, where he was responsible for the creation of strategic plans and performance measurements for rural development programs. He served as Director of the Greater Salisbury Committee, spent 11 years on Capitol Hill and three years as a policy advisor in the Reagan Administration. Mr. Luna holds a bachelor degree from University of Maryland, College Park and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
