Mr. Palmer previously served the administration as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Trade Legislation at the Department of Commerce. Mr. Palmer has also served as the Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of Congressman Bob Ney. Mr. Palmer earned his bachelor's degree from Davidson College.
