Assistant Administrator for Europe and Eurasia

Dr. Menarchik previously served as the Director the of The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum. He also has served as Director of the Center for the Defense Leadership and Management Program at the National Defense University. Earlier in his career, Dr. Menarchik taught at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch, Germany. He earned his bachelor's degree from the United States Air Force Academy, his first master's degree and a Ph.D. from The George Washington Unviersity, and his second master's degree from Liberty University. Dr. Menarchik served over twenty-five years in the United States Air Force.
