Foley is a distinguished business leader with 20 years of management experience in both the private sector and in the non-profit arena. She was director of strategy for Reader's Digest Association, Inc., and she spent 17 years at PepsiCo, Inc., where she was director of business planning and corporate strategy. She also held positions at Wilson Sporting Goods and Pfizer, Inc. Foley also served as president of the United Way of Northern Westchester in New York, and was a member of the board of directors for the Corporation for Policy Review Institute for Dispute Resolution in New York, NY. She has held volunteer leadership positions at the Northern Westchester Shelter, of Pleasantville, NY, Smith College, Harvard Business School, and St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Bedford, NY. Foley has a master of business administration from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration as well as a bachelor of arts in psychology from Smith College.
