Appointee Directory View:   Aguirre Eduardo -- Department of Homeland Security Director of the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services Most recently, Eduardo Aguirre served as Vice Chairman of the Export-Import Bank of the United States. Prior to that, he was the President of Bank of America's International Private Bank. He also served as a regent for the University of Houston System, and from 1991 to 1993 he served on the National Commission for Employment Opportunity. Eduardo is a graduate of Louisiana State University.
