Most recently, Teresa Ressel served as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Management and Budget from August 2001-November 2002. Prior to her roles within the Bush-Cheney Administration, Teresa served as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, Inc. and for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. Teresa managed an array of legal, regulatory, legislative, and operational issues across 90,000 employees. Teresa has leadership experience across health care, manufacturing and nuclear power industries. Teresa was graduated from the University of Delaware in Engineering where she received both her B.S. and M.S. Engineering degrees. She completed her MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1990. She received the University of Delaware’s Presidential Citation for Outstanding Alumni Achievement in 1996 and the Distinguished Service Award from the Department of the Treasury in 2003.
