Most recently, Joe Whitley worked as an Equity Partner at Alston & Bird, L.L.P. in Atlanta, Georgia. He also served as the Acting Associate Attorney General under former President George H.W. Bush. In addition, Joe was the United States Attorney for both the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia. He received his bachelor's degree and J.D. from the University of Georgia.
