Roger Noriega -- Department of State
Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs

Prior to his current appointment, Roger Noriega served as the Permanent Representative of the United States of America to the Organization of American States, with the rank of Ambassador. Previously, he served as a Senior Professional Staff Member for the United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and as a Professional Staff Member for the United States House of Representatives Committee on International Relations. In addition, Roger served as a Public and Congressional Affairs Officer for the Organization of American States from January 1993 until July 1994. He graduated from Washburn University.
